Located at the intersection of Vermont Ave and Prospect Ave in Los Feliz, Mirate serves an assortment of spirits, wine, and beer sourced from Mexico and food featuring Mexico’s bold flavors while harnessing ingredients sourced locally in California. 

EPG secured entitlements allowing for the sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages for the greatly anticipated sister restaurant of Mirame from Michelin Star Chef Joshua Gil and partner Mathew Eagan.  

Mirate was part of a larger project with property owner Vermont Hollywood LP, which also included securing a full line of alcohol, live entertainment, and dancing for a second restaurant and bar within the iconic 1710-1714 N Vermont Ave building – which previously housed the beloved Sarno’s Pastry Shop.
